If you want to schedule a heating or air conditioning inspection without enrolling in a maintenance contract, you can certainly do so. However, please note that you’ll be charged the same price as Comfort Club members but won’t receive any of the associated benefits. Enrolling in the Comfort Club program often makes more sense!

Our memberships have a 1-year term, with billing options available on a monthly or annual basis. Renewal is possible after the initial 1-year period, subject to customer approval. You can cancel your membership at any time.
